Delivery and processing time
All ready to ship items will be posted within 1 business day. For sweater quantity and pre-orders, please allow 1 week to turnaround.
Within the UK
First Class - £3.50
Second Class - £3.00
Royal Mail 24 (tracked) - £5.50
Europe
Parcels to the EU will now be sent DDU (delivery duties unpaid), therefore VAT and any other applicable charges will be applied on arrival to your country. If you would like to avoid these delays please contact me for a custom Etsy order.
3-5 working days, choose Tracked or Standard services.
USA and Rest of the World
5-7 working days, choose Tracked or Standard services.
Your parcel may be subject to customs charges, please consult your postal service for more information. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
There may still be delays with international deliveries. We've been advised to allow up to 1 month for delivery. Please do contact us during this time to keep us informed of the situation, and let us know if you've been waiting longer than this.
In normal circumstances please allow 15 working days for packages to arrive within the UK and 25 working days for international deliveries. If it has been longer than this, please contact us for help.
Conditions of return
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will rectify any errors as quickly as possible.
If you have changed your mind, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. In this circumstance the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. You may request a cancellation before the item has been dispatched.
