Beautiful yarns and heavenly colours and great customer service- the reason I have given 5 stars as I am very happy with my purchase- the yarn is gorgeous and arrived quickly- but would suggest if it's possible maybe matching the different photos of bases with the choice buttons you select underneath when ordering- just a minor thing though.

I saw Loom Wool at the Unravel in Feb for the first time. I fell in love with the neutral tone that it offered. Unfortunately they didn't have enough number of skeins of the yarn that I wanted, but they suggested to dye for me after the fair. I received an invoice right after the fair and received the yarn after a week from the payment. It was super fast. And I love the yarn...! I will definitely shop again.
