Delivery and processing time
All in-stock items will be posted within 1-2 business days.
USA
Rest of world (outside USA and EU)
Your parcel may be subject to customs charges on arrival, please consult your postal service for more information. Parcels will be sent with duties unpaid and these will be the buyer's responsibility on arrival.
For pre-orders and custom orders, please allow a 1-2 week turnaround.
Seasonal boxes are dispatched in November and the Mini Skein Club is dispatched in the final week of each month. Please see the listing for detailed information.
Within the UK

International
All deliveries are now offered tracked by default. Please contact me if you would like to downgrade to a standard untracked service before purchasing.
Europe and EEA
From August 2026 I will only be able to ship to Germany within the EU and EEA. Due to low volumes of orders, the cost involved in registering for packaging and recycling compliance in each country is too great. Germany has an established, straightforward system that is easy to navigate. I hope the process across the EU will be simplified in time.
All EU/EEA orders (irrespective of the €150 limit) will be sent duties paid. VAT and customs duties will be applied at the checkout. If you experience additional fees, please contact hello@loomwool.co.uk for help. Loom is IOSS registered and GPSR compliant, please see the Product Safety page for more information.
From August 2025, import duties and tariff charges will be applied at the checkout for all items ordered, except pattern books, which are exempt. Parcels will be sent with duties paid so there won't be anything further to pay on arrival. Please note a separate sales tax, in some states, may still be applicable. This is separate to duties and tariffs and isn't collected at the checkout.

Delivery Delays
In normal circumstances please allow 15 working days for packages to arrive within the UK and 25 working days for international deliveries. If it has been longer than this, please contact me for help.
